Can the product run on MAC?
We are sorry that Infine Capture Flash can run on windows only.

Does Microsoft Internet Explorer have to be installed on user's computer?

Yes. We use some DHTML technology related with Microsoft IE. That is why it is faster to save flash file by using our tool than any others. Users' computers, therefore, must have Internet Explorer 4.0 or later version.

Does it support Netscape or Opera?
No. nfine Capture only support IE and those browser which use IE core currently, such as Myie and so on. We will add this support in future.

Why can not I save from current web page some time?
Cause some flash is not a single part. You can use the function called Search in Temporary Internet files, and specify URL of the site and begin to search. You will then find many pieces of flash file which related with the one you have seen at IE.

Does 1.6 work with Vista?

You need to add this software to DEP exception list if you want it works under Vista.
